VTR/ODIN-II Maintainer

I am delighted to announce that I have been assigned as the VTR/Odin-II maintainer. Verilog-to-routing (VTR) is a well-known open-source CAD flow and Odin-II is its front-end to perform the Verilog elaboration and synthesis. I would like to express my thanks to Jean-Philippe Legault for his valuable attempt in maintaining the Odin-II project for the last couple of years and Dr. Kent for having such a belief in me to assign me for such a critical position.

As the Odin-II maintainer, my responsibilities include but are not limited to the source code versioning, taking care of the codebase, reviewing pull requests, providing aid in resolving conflicts that arise from developers submitting overlapping modifications, fixing issues and bugs, and adding new features to the VTR flow.
